Description
A healthier alternative to peanut butter cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Sweetener, to taste
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) baking soda
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form 12-15 small cookies with your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave room between the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
