Description

An immersion blender creates the perfect keto mayo every time.

Instructions

Using a regular blender:

  1. Add the egg to the vinegar and blend together.
  2. Then keep blending and add in the avocado oil slowly.  You’ll hear the blender sound change when you’ve added in enough avocado oil and the mixture will thicken all of a sudden.
  3. Store in the fridge and use in under a week.

Using an immersion blender:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a tall container.
  2. Place the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the container before turning it on.
  3. Blend with the immersion blender at the bottom of the container for 10 seconds.
  4. Then move the immersion blender up and down to combine everything.
