Description

This light and soft Keto bread is great for sandwiches.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F (150 C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan (9 in by 5 in) with olive oil or coconut oil.
  3. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Place the batter into the loaf pan, press down so it fills the pan, and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.
