Instructions

  1. To make the crust, mix the ghee and almond flour together and press into 12 mini muffin cups.
  2. To make the filling, warm the coconut butter and coconut oil and mix together well.  Add in the vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest, and sweetener.
  3. Spoon the filling into the cups.
  4. Refrigerate to set for at least 4 hours.
