Description
This creamy soup will replace all your hamburger cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, to cook in
- 1 carrot, diced
- 4 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 cups (720 ml) of bone broth
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 10 basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Add avocado oil into a large pot.
- Saute the ground beef until completely browned.
- Add in the carrot, celery, zucchini, onion and brown slightly.
- Pour in the 3 cups of bone broth and add in the tomatoes, bay leaves.
- Bring to a boil, and then turn down the heat and let simmer with the lid on for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper, to taste and add in the chopped basil leaves. Then serve.
