Keto Guacamole Burgers
Few things in this world can make you completely happy. And in all honesty, the majority of those things have to do with food. Food brings joy, it’s true, and it’s okay. Two of those things for me are a good burger and some buttery guacamole. When you can have two of your favorite things in one place, it can make you all the more satisfied.

Guacamole is one of the best things on the planet, and it doesn’t have to be complicated at all. Whether you enjoy throwing a whole bunch of extra ingredients into the mix, or some mashed up avocado is good enough for you, any guacamole can taste great.

Have Fun Cooking Up Some Burgers
Burgers are one of the easiest meals you can get onto the table any night of the week. All you need is some ground beef and a grill, or skillet if you prefer. You can even shape them to the size and thickness that is best for you.
This recipe keeps the burger patty simple, but that doesn’t mean you cannot add some flavor. Adding some salt, pepper, herbs, or other spices is always an option. I also enjoy some minced garlic and onions, or a bit of mustard to add some extra taste.
Make Your Own Favorite Keto Burger
Of course, this may be the ideal version of the burger for me, but I know everybody has their own favorites. A burger should always be the way you like it, and there are endless options on what to throw on top. Feel free to try some of these ingredients with you next guacamole burger:

Guacamole makes everything better, including burgers.
- 300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, to cook with
- 1/2 cup (120 g) guacamole
- With your hands, mold the ground beef into 2 patties.
- Cook the 2 burger patties, either in a skillet with a bit of coconut oil or on a grill.
- Once the burgers are cooked through, place to the side.
- Fry the eggs (preferably in coconut oil) in a skillet.
- Place 1 fried egg on top of each burger and then top with guacamole.
