Enjoy our Keto spin on this classic beef dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) ghee
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 10 mushrooms, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut yogurt (optional)
  • 2 zucchinis, made into noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add ghee to a saucepan and saute the onion and brown the ground beef.
  2. Then add in the mushrooms and garlic and saute for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Add in the coconut cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and add in the zucchini noodles and stir in the optional coconut yogurt.
