Ingredients
- 2 cups (280 g) whole almonds
- 2 Tablespoons (80 g) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ghee
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons (15 g) fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Tablespoons (14 g) cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) nutmeg
- Sweetener, to taste
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Food process or blend the whole almonds with the chia seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form 12 small cookies with your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
