Keto Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops

Louise | January 27

Here’s another amazing way to cook pork chops that’s keto-friendly. Rich in taste, this pork chop recipe won’t disappoint you. It will take about half an hour to cook it, so you may consider it for a quick and super healthy dinner with your family.

When doing this pork chop recipe, it’s good to remember that pork dries out fast so if you see the liquids going too low, add more water or chicken stock (just enough to cover the pork chops). Sherry wine is optional, but you might want to use it if you’re looking for a little bit of sweetness.

I love to serve this pork chops with bok choy alongside this Keto Creamy Mushroom “Risotto” or this Keto Avocado Salad, but this dish can be served alone as well. You’re choosing.
