A simple cookie recipe that features the amazing flavor of coconut flour.



  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
  3. Take small balls of dough and flatten to form a small cookie (makes approximately 15 cookies).  Note the dough is a bit soft and runny.
  4. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.  Make sure there’s space between the cookies.
  5. Bake for 10-13 minutes until slightly browned around the edges.
