Description

These little rolls are packed with flavor and the perfect accompaniment to your dinner.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Combine the coconut flour, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, olive oil and water together. Once the melted ghee has cooled a little, whisk this in too. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and combine well. Leave to settle for 5 minutes until the mixture firms up a little.
  4. Form 9 equal-sized balls with the mixture and place on a small tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, reducing the temperature to 300 F (150 C) in the last 10 minutes. Leave to cool on a rack and store in a sealed container.
