Ingredients
- 2 cups (240 g) almond flour
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) baking powder
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ghee or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut yogurt (or coconut cream)
- 2 Tablespoons (16 g) nutritional yeast
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 F).
- Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
- Form the dough into 8 biscuits and place onto a parchment paper lined tray.
- Bake for 15-17 min until just slightly browned.
