Description
Rosemary adds a fresh taste to a simple chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks (with the skin on)
- 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) of olive oil or avocado oil
- 4 Tablespoons rosemary leaves, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons (30 g) salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C).
- Rub salt on each chicken drumstick in the mixture and place on a greased baking tray. Make sure the drumsticks are not touching each other on the tray. Drizzle the olive oil or avocado oil over the chicken drumsticks.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the skin is crispy.
