Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (60 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ghee (you can use coconut oil but it tastes way better with ghee)
- Erythritol or stevia, to taste
- 1 oz (28 g) 100% chocolate, broken into small pieces
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil or ghee.
- Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, and sweetener in a small bowl to form a dough.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Divide into 6 individual small ramekins or cups.
