There’s nothing like a cool burst of caffeine to get you going. Move over iced coffee – this keto coffee popsicles recipe offers a refreshing bit of pep in your step.

The Most Fun Way to Get Caffeine

Sure, your morning cup of joe is the old standby. But it’s so much a part of your routine that you probably don’t savor it the way you should.

There’s no appreciation for the aroma wafting from the pot, no taking in the bit of steam rising over the perfect pour, no registration of it hitting your tongue.

My friends, if you’re like me, you take your beloved coffee for granted. No more.

By switching it up and making these coffee pops, you’ll pause to appreciate the goodness of coffee.

You’ll have an option to get your buzz on during a relentlessly humid summer day. And you’ll have an excuse not to share these with the kids.

And they’re really quick and easy to make.

Making Coffee Pops

I’m assuming you’re a coffee pro if you’re taking on this popsicle recipe. You know coffee, you know what you like, and you know exactly how it is best prepared for your liking.

Your coffee preferences are a great guide in making these popsicles. You and only you understand how sweet it needs to be, what beans make your heart flutter, and what keto add-ins make it your own.

This is not the time to experiment with a new type of coffee.

Stick with what you know and like, and make it to your specifications. Let things cool off a bit before adding coconut milk and erythritol and pouring into your popsicle molds.

Easy Keto Recipes

Ditching the carbs, flour, and cookies and transitioning to a keto diet can be a challenge.

There’s new food to focus on, and your shopping cart and pantry get an extreme makeover.

There’s the abandonment of your go-to recipes because they haven’t been carefully crafted with keto in mind.

There’s also the time and expense involved in this extra cooking, purchasing new foods, and mindfulness around what to eat and how much to stay in ketosis.

I’ve been there and know how challenging it can be, but I also know there are ways to make it easier on yourself.

First, keep a bank of quick, easy-to-make keto recipes. Having these recipes handy will save you when you’re having a hectic day and might otherwise be tempted to cheat and grab something that’s not keto.

Second, bookmark my one-question ketogenic macro calculator. It’s an easy way to see if a meal or snack fits into your overall meal plan.
