Description

Our baked cod with black peppercorns and sliced lemons gives a zingy flavor you’ll love.


Ingredients

  • 2 filets (340 g) of cod, skinless and deboned
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of ghee
  • black pepper
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • salt
  • parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets down with paper towel. Place on a small roasting tray and break up the ghee over the fillets. Cover with a very generous crack of black pepper.
  3. Lay the lemon slices on top of the fish. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Remove and season with salt. Garnish with chopped parsley.
