Description
Raw brownie bites taste just as good as hot ones.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) of coconut butter, warmed
- 1/2 cup (60 g) of almond flour
- 4 Tablespoons (24 g) unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup (30 g) pistachio nuts, peeled and roughly chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the coconut butter, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until combined.
- Place the mixture into casserole or baking dish and press down.
- Scatter over the chopped pistachio nuts and use clean hands to ‘press’ them gently onto the surface.
- Place the tray into the fridge for about 20 minutes, then slice into small 1-inch squares.
- Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
