Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk from a can, shaken well
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) MCT oil
- 1/2 large avocado, stone removed
- 3 Tablespoons (18 g) unsweetened cacao powder
- Sweetener, to taste
- 1 cup (220 g) ice
Instructions
- Blend everything together really well. Add water or more coconut milk if needed.
