  1. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Allow to cool slightly before whisking in the egg.
  2. Add the almond flour, CoBionic Indulgence, cacao powder, confectioner’s erythritol and baking powder to the bowl. Whisk the mixture very well until everything is completely combined.
  3. Divide the mixture between two greased microwave-safe mugs. One at a time, heat each mug in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Run a small, sharp knife around each cake and turn upside down onto a plate. Dust with additional confectioner’s erythritol, if desired.
