Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and stir into the mashed avocado and 2 Tablespoons of cacao powder. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt, to taste.
  2. Let cool and gently form into small balls with your hands. Place on a tray and set in the fridge for 2 hours. Roll in the 1/4 cup of cacao powder.
  3. Makes around 24 truffles.
