Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 medium egg
- 2 Tablespoons chives
- 1/4 cup (30 g) almond flour
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) coconut oil, to cook with
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the chicken, egg, chives, almond flour together in a food processor.
- Form 4 small patties.
- Add coconut oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken and chive cakes until it’s cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
