Description

Versatile chicken dish packed with herby flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 Tablespoons chives
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) almond flour
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) coconut oil, to cook with
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the chicken, egg, chives, almond flour together in a food processor.
  2. Form 4 small patties.
  3. Add coconut oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken and chive cakes until it’s cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
