Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, to cook with

Instructions

  1. Food process all the ingredients together.
  2. Add coconut oil to a frying pan.
  3. Form small, thin, round pancakes from the batter.
  4. Fry until cooked.  Repeat for the rest of the batter.
  5. Enjoy with extra ghee.
