Keto Cajun Crockpot Pork

Louise | April 7

Owning a crockpot is truly a blessing when it comes to cooking pork while on a keto diet. Why? Because nothing compares with the tenderness of meat cooked in this way, for one.

The second reason why I love it is that it gives me the leisure to spend little time in the kitchen but still have mouth-watering food.

It will take about 5 minutes to prepare your meal and 10 hours to cook it, so this keto crockpot pork recipe is a great choice for a weekend dinner with your loved ones! You can rub the meat with the cajun seasoning and let it rest like this overnight if you want to make sure it gets fully flavored!

You can serve this as a stand-alone dish, but if you want to garnish it with something, I strongly suggest this quick and easy Roasted Cheesy Keto Cauliflower. Believe me, you won’t regret it!
