Description

Tired of lettuce? Change up your greens with this yummy Brussels sprouts salad.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups of finely chopped Brussels sprouts 
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) of roasted pumpkin seeds

Dressing:


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients of the dressing reserve.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped Brussels sprouts with the cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Add the dressing, stir, adjust the seasoning and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve.
