Enjoy all the delicious flavors of a chocolate brownie in a cool dairy-free shake!


  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) hot water
  • 20fl oz unsweetened almond milk (600g)
  • Erythritol or stevia, to taste
  • 12 cups crushed ice
  • 1 Tablespoon (10 g) chopped walnuts (for garnish)


  1. Dissolve the cacao powder in a little hot water in a large bowl or jug and then add the almond milk.
  2. Whisk well to combine and add enough sweetener until you are satisfied with the sweetness.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge until the mixture has chilled thoroughly.
  4. Divide a little-crushed ice (or a scoop or two of Keto Ice Cream) into two glasses and top with the chocolate drink. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
