A quick dish perfect for any meal. Broccoli and beef star in the show of this delicious Keto recipe.



  1. Place 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into a skillet or saucepan on medium heat. Add the broccoli florets into the skillet and saute until slightly tender.  Remove and place on a plate.
  2. Add 2 more tablespoons of avocado oil into the skillet and turn the heat to high.
  3. Add in the onion and beef slices and saute until the beef is browned.  Add in the broccoli and the stir-fry sauce.  Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes.  Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
