Ingredients

  • 20 blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
  • 3 Tablespoons (18 g) gelatin

Instructions

  1. Puree the blueberries, water, lemon juice, and stevia together.  (Add into a blender and blend well.)
  2. Heat up the pureed mixture in a small pot.
  3. Whisk in the gelatin until it’s completely dissolved.
  4. Pour into molds.
  5. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set.
