Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (225 g) green beans
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped into bits
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of avocado oil, to cook in
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) gluten-free tamari sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Parboil the green beans in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- If the bacon isn’t cooked, chop it up and cook in a skillet with avocado oil.
- Add the drained parboiled green beans to the skillet with the bacon and oil and cook until the green beans crisp up slightly.
- Add tamari sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
