Ingredients
- 1 slice of Keto bread, toasted (recipe here)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/8 tomato, dice
- 6 pistachios, crushed
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Toast a slice of Keto bread.
- Cut the avocado in half and drizzle the lime juice over it.
- Place the avocado half on top of the toast and smash it into the toast.
- Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, crushed pistachios, and sea salt over the avocado.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the avocado toast.
- Enjoy with a knife and fork or using your hands.
