Keto Pistachio Tomato Avocado Toast Recipe [Paleo, Dairy-Free]
Avocado toast is pretty trendy right now, and rightly so – it’s delicious and filling and super easy to make.
So instead of paying an exorbitant amount for a slice of high carb, gluten-filled bread, you can make your own Keto avocado toast by following our recipe below.

Its popularity probably also has to do with how easy it is to make and how fun it is to customize. For this recipe, we’ve added in crunchy crushed pistachios as well as chopped tomatoes for a splash of red.
Place on top of a slice of Keto toast and you’re done!
Ingredients In Keto Avocado Toast Recipe:
Dice up some of the tomatoes – you don’t need very much. Cut open a ripe avocado – scoop out the avocado halves. Squeeze a bit of lime over the avocado halves. You’ll also need some sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and pistachios for this recipe.

Toast the bread and scoop out the avocado halves and place each half on top of each slice of toast.
Smash the avocado halves on the bread. Don’t do it too hard or the bread will tear. If you prefer, you can mash the avocado in a bowl and them spread on top of the toast.
Then sprinkle the diced tomatoes and crushed pistachios on top of the smashed avocado.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and sprinkle the sea salt over the top of the avocado toast.
