An Asian twist on an old classic


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Soft boil the eggs.
  2. Slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and mash with the sesame oil, avocado oil, tamari sauce, and mustard.
  4. Place back into the egg whites (use piping bags or a small spoon).
  5. Sprinkle the chives on top of the egg halves and place one slice of red chili pepper on top of each half.
