Keto Almond Flour Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons (14 g) flax meal
  • 1 Tablespoon (2 g) nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoons (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
  2. Mix all the base ingredients together to form a dough.  Roll out into a round flat pizza crust.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.  Flip and then bake for another 5 minutes.
