Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 812 oz spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced or minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the avocado oil into a sauté pan.
  2. Add in the spinach.
  3. When the spinach is all cooked down (the leaves look like they’re wilted), add in the garlic and salt to taste. Sauté for 2 minutes more and then serve.
