Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons (180 g) coconut butter, warmed
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 6 almonds
- Stevia or erythritol, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the coconut butter with the vanilla extract and sweetener.
- Pour into ice cube trays.
- Insert an almond into each.
- Set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
