Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 slice of lime with the peel on, diced into really small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper to taste (if you want it spicy)
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and add in the lime juice and lime pieces.
  2. Add in the onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder (optional), cilantro, and diced cherry tomatoes and mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste and serve.
