Olivia is a passionate fitness trainer who helps women lose weight and get in shape with her short and sweaty workouts. Her theory is simple: fitness and exercise should enrich your life and not dominate it. By sharing her personal journey in articles and video workouts she inspires Romanian women to adopt healthy eating habits and exercise regularly in order to burn body fat, tone their body and feel confident and strong.
