Louise Hendon

Prior to starting Nourishing Brands, Louise studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University in the UK and also received her M.S. in Physics from there (Queens' College).  She then went on to get her J.D. from Columbia University, New York.  After all those years of advanced education, Louise realized that her passion was to help people live a more aligned and fulfilled life. 

Louise first realized the power of eating real foods when she started a low carb diet back in 2012.  Not only did it help her lose weight, but it also gave her mental clarity and energy.   She then introduced that lifestyle to her father, who had Type 2 diabetes.  And her father was able to get off insulin by changing his diet.

Nowadays, Louise loves helping people focus on the Biggest Wins for their health. (Big wins are the actions/changes that make the biggest difference for your health - not just what is most popular or easiest.) She recognizes how difficult it can be for many people to stay Keto in modern life, and one of the first ways she helps them focus on what’s important is by sharing down-to-earth advice and easy but delicious recipes.

Louise was also one of the co-hosts for The Keto Summit, which interviewed esteemed doctors and researchers like Dr. Thomas N. Seyfried, Dominic D'Agostino, and Prof. Tim Noakes.  She's continuing the tradition with new The Keto Summit Show.
