This is another great fridge dessert, especially if you adore the pairing of chocolate with peanut butter. You can make these in a tray and serve them as bars, or you can use a muffin tin and turn them into your own keto version of peanut butter cups.

Ingredients: coconut butter, almond, sweetener

It takes 10 minutes to make these no-bake coconut cookies and you only need three ingredients, which makes them extremely convenient to make. Plus, there’s no oven involved here, just some chill time in the fridge.
