- Place whole chicken breasts into a small casserole dish. Add the broccoli around the chicken and sprinkle with some salt.
- Top with mayo, making sure the mayo covers everything.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center of the chicken breast is at least 165 F (74 C).
