Three ingredients, an oven, and dinner’s ready.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayo
  • 1 head of broccoli, broken into small florets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
  2. Place whole chicken breasts into a small casserole dish. Add the broccoli around the chicken and sprinkle with some salt.
  3. Top with mayo, making sure the mayo covers everything.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center of the chicken breast is at least 165 F (74 C).
