020: Lisa Bailey on How Kettlebells Changed My Life

Lisa is 51 years old and hails originally from Bournemouth, in the south of England. She is a qualified Personal Trainer, with special certifications in Kettlebell training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) training and Cardio Kickboxing. Lisa is also a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist and Primal Health Coach. After suffering an injury to her back, she turned to strength training to heal her own body. This journey prompted her to develop a new online kettlebell training program called “The Kettlebell Cure”.
